Sam (Bret Harrison) has wondered for 20 years why his parents were always so easy on him when it came to his school, sports or career choices. His parents played by Allison Hossack and Andrew Airlie pressured Sam's younger brother Keith (Kyle Switzer) to always excel.
Sam spends his days not going to college but playing video games and working in a dead-end job. Meanwhile, he's constantly daydreaming about his pretty co-worker Andy (Nikki Reed), and slacking his way through life. But, all is not as it seems.
On his 21st birthday Sam discovers his parents sold his soul to the devil before he was born.
Satan (played by Ray Wise,
24) informs Sam of the deal his parents made and explains to him that he must now serve as his bounty hunter, tracking down evil souls that have escaped and return them to hell.
