The 61st Annual Goodwill Antiques Show to be held November 7 to 9 at the Michigan State Fairgrounds. The event raises thousands of dollars each year to help Goodwill Industries provide job training and other career services to Metro Detroiters facing barriers to employment.At its own booth, Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit will offer for sale a collection of high quality items donated by its supporters. The finest donated items will be featured in a silent auction taking place throughout the show.General admission to the show is $10. Tickets may be purchased at the door. The event is open to the public Friday, November 7 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Saturday, November 8 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Sunday, November 9 (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.).Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit provides people with opportunities to become independent, self-supporting citizens through training, work experience and employment in the community.
