Meet the 2008 "Divas of Literature" during the Detroit stop on their nationwide tour.  The 2008 Divas include Renee Daniel Flagler, author of "In Her Mind" and the founder of the Divas of Literature Tour; Jackie Christie, author of "No Ordinary Love" and Star of "The Chrisites", a reality show about marriage and basketball star, Doug Christie, on BETJ; Abiola Abrams, author of "Dare" and host of "The Best Film Shorts" on BETJ; Dwan Abrams, author of "Divorcing the Devil" and host of "The Dwan Abrams Experience" Radio Show in Atlanta and reality show contestant on "The Ultimate Author"; and Assuanta Collins, author of "Until the Next Time."

Have a fun and memorable experience with five of the most dynamic ladies of contemporary literature.  You'll soon discover why their books have become the most sought after titles around!  The "Divas of Literature" will be at Northland Mall, 21500 Northwestern Highway in Southfield on Saturday, August 23 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM followed by an After Party and Author meet and greet at Beans & Cornbread Soulful Bistro, 29508 Northwestern Highway, Southfield.
